BANGALORE LIGHT BODY ACTIVATION EVENT

The auspicious event began with the beautiful rendition of the Thiruppugazh song ‘Muthai Tharu Patthi Thirunagai…’ – the very first song uttered by the saint Arunagirinathar when Lord Muruga blessed him by scribing an ‘OM’ on his tongue with His Vel. The stage was artfully decorated and Lord Muruga with His Divine consorts Devi Devanai and Devi Valli graced all present with Their presence. Prayers were offered by a priest to invoke Their blessings for the auspicious event. Videos on Shri Rejith Kumar’s journey with the LMRK Mission were streamed. A live telecast of the event was streamed so LMRK Members could participate online. Those present were eagerly waiting for Shri Rejith Kumar.
Shri Rejith Kumar greeted those present and directed the participants to make their respective sankalpams with flowers. These were reverentially offered to Lord Muruga during the Muruga Pooja performed by Shri Rejith Kumar.
Shri Rejith Kumar then led the Light Body Activation session by invoking the blessings of Lord Muruga and Vallalar Siddhar. The participants were given the necessary kits containing Lord Muruga’s photo and a copy of the Jyothi song to participate in the Light Body Activation meditation. The first session ended with the attendees receiving the Pooja kits.
Mr. Sukumaran gave a spirited talk before the 2nd session about the significance of the Light Body Activation meditation. He said that this technique would help transform our gross body (physical body) into the Light body (Olli Udal in Tamil). He stated that our souls are pure. We are not however able to realise this because of the veils around it. He said the Light Body Activation is a technique with the help of which the veils such as attachment, ego, and illusion can be removed and one could then realize the true reality of their soul. He said with Shri Rejith Kumar’s guidance and the blessings of Lord Muruga and Vallalar Siddhar one could learn this technique through this wonderful opportunity. He concluded with a reminder that the Light Body Activation meditation has to be consistently practiced to achieve the inner transformation and attain a light body.
Mrs. Mary Bastin and the Ground Force Team members made sure that the participants could participate with ease in both sessions. A devotional song was sung in Malayalam by Mr. Rakesh followed by a Thiruppugazh rendition by Master Rishi. They were duly honoured after their performances with ornate shawls by the LMRK Members.
Mrs. Mary Bastin (Bangalore PRO) spoke about how the Bangalore team with 20 members had first connected with Shri Rejith Kumar for the very first time. She mentioned that this was the 3rd Light Body Activation event held in Bangalore. The number of participants were 150 in the first Light Body Activation event, 300 in the second, and that today’s event witnessed more than 600 people! Hence, the event had to be held in 2 sessions.
She reverentially thanked Muruga Peruman and Vallalar Siddhar. She thanked Shri Rejith Kumar for leading the event. She thanked Mr. Baskar, Mr. Sai Janardhanan, and the other Ground Force Team members who made this event a successful reality. She thanked Mr. Sriraj for helping with Shri Rejith Kumar’s logistics regarding the airport travel and the house visits, Mr. Kannan who helped coordinate the two sessions and for his support in the alankaram, Mr.K.R.Rajesh for (Photograph and printouts), Mr. Byrappa for coordination, Ms. Roopa and Rakesh for their song renditions. Mrs. Mary thanked the temple officials of Sri Odukathur Swamigal Mutt and LMRK members who financially contributed to the event. Last but not least, the volunteers who extended their support to the event.
The participants left the event filled with bliss from the bountiful blessings of Lord Muruga and Vallalar Siddhar. They had now found a way in their spiritual paths to work towards their material and spiritual progress.
